Bijaya Mishra is a faculty in the HR&OB area at IIM Ranchi since 2012. She obtained her PhD from IIT Delhi and has a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University. She has done her Bachelor’s of Law and Bachelor’s of Science (Physics Honours) from Utkal University. Before joining IIM Ranchi, Dr.Mishra had teaching assignments at XIM Bhubaneswar and IIFT Delhi. She has published in some of the top journals like Journal of Knowledge Management, Personnel Review and International Journal of Manpower. She served as an Associate Editor for Learning Organization Journal and serves on the editorial advisory board for the Organization Management Journal. Dr.Mishra’s work has been presented at the Academy of Management, Anaheim and Chicago. She is a reviewer to international and national journals. She has served as Chairperson, Post -Graduate Program in Human Resource Management of IIM Ranchi.
