Prof Rakhi Singh is an Assistant Professor in the department of OB & HR at IIM Ranchi. She has qualified JRF in 2019 and pursued her PhD from NIT Jaipur in the HR domain. Prior to joining IIM Ranchi, she worked in academia for four years in institutes like GL Bajaj and Galgotias university. She has taught courses like human resource management, business communications, organization behavior and training and development. Topics like employee engagement, talent management, human resource management, leadership fall under her research interests. Currently, she is focusing on how new generations like Gen Y and Gen Z can be engaged and retain at work. She got her research published in international and national journals like Human Resource Development International, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights.
