IIM Ranchi has initiated the "Human Connect  WeEvolve...WeConnect" initiative - A Flagship Event for Promoting Mental and Emotional Well-being on this day, 26th January 2023 under the leadership of Prof. Deepak Srivastava, Director, IIM Ranchi. This initiative is aimed at fostering a deeper sense of connection and community among the members of the IIM Ranchi family.

The initiatives under this event will feature a variety of activities, including a collective drum circle, human library, tree plantation, collective dance, collective meditation, WeEvolve lecture series on various issues, professional counseling facility, collective canvas painting, mindfulness interventions, and pet therapy.

Coming together, sharing, and expressing ourselves in various forms, will help tap into our innate human need for connection and community. Through "WeEvolve...WeConnect," IIM Ranchi hopes to provide a valuable resource for individuals from all walks of life to come together and connect with one another on a deeper level, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
