Prof Rohit Kumar has been conferred with the award for the “BEST PAPER– IJTD FOR THE YEAR 2020-21” for his paper “Talent Management Strategy: Process, Early-Warning Signals and Important Consideration” published in IJTD Volume 50 No 1 & 2, Jan-June issue 2020, during the 49th IFTDO World Conference on 19th May 2022 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
