Dr. Radha Yadav is an Assistant Professor specializing in the HR/OB domain at IIM Ranchi. She qualified UGC NET-JRF and completed her doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand (India). Before her current role, she was associated with CHRIST University, Bangalore. Dr. Yadav has published articles in reputed A* ABDC & ABS journals like Business Strategy and the Environment, the International Journal of Hospitality Management, and Society and Business Review, among others. Additionally, she brings editorial experience from Scopus & ABDC Category Journals’ special issues. She has published two co-edited books with IGI Global Publishing House, USA on employee relations and HR analytics. Her research methodologies include quantitative analysis using SPSS, Smart PLS, and Biblioshiny tools. Notably, she represents India in the International “Climate Change and Well-being” project with Nottingham University, UK
