Dr. Ankur Jha is an assistant professor in the area of Marketing at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He has published in peer reviewed journals, such as European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Social Marketing, Social Responsibility Journal and also has a number of conference presentations to his credit. His research interests lie in CSR, customer relationship management and sustainable development.
