“I have deep quest to understand meaning in/of life. I pursue my quest by doing scientific research in area of meaningfulness in life and meaningfulness in work to develop further the conversation around science of meaning. Meaning for human beings is psychological as well as socio-cultural. I teach organizational behavior (micro), neuroscience, and philosophy of knowledge as my subject area, which helps me to learn the psychological aspect of meaning further and share my insights which may help the overall learning community. I also teach leadership and organizational behavior (Teams), which help me further to learn the socio-cultural aspect of meaning and share my insights around meaning making as a socio-cultural process. I aim to continue my inquiry into the science of meaning and, in the process, contribute to making individuals and organizations more meaningful.”
