Prof. Manish Kumar is presently Associate Professor at IIM Ranchi. He has done his PhD. (FPM) from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and has served Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode for more than six years prior to joining IIM Ranchi. He had a brief stint of about 2 years as Associate Software Engineer at Torry Harris Business Solutions (now Torry Harris Integration Solutions).

Manish brings with him a total of about 15 years of research, teaching, training, and consulting experience. His sessions on topics like Leadership, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Employee Well Being and Engagement, Job and Organizational Structuring, Managing Office Politics, Effective Managerial Decision Making and Communication Competence, Creating and Managing High Performance Teams, People Analytics etc. are well received by practitioners.

Prof. Manish has trained thousands of executives including IAS officers, industry executives, Govt., and PSU employees.
