She is a PhD from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, she completed her PG in commerce from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University Rewa, M.P. She has nearly 10 years of teaching experience post-PhD and nearly half of which is with IIM Ranchi itself. Before IIM Ranchi, she taught at Delhi School of Business, Delhi, and T.A. Pai. Management Institute, Manipal, Karnataka. The teaches Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Marketing, Business Research Mehtods, and Exeprimental Design courses. She has published book chapters, research article in various books and in journals like Journal of Consumer Marketing. She has worked on different topics in the area of Consumer Behaviour like Television advertisement, sales promotion, and consumer co-viewing. Consumer Behaviour and Strategic Marketing are her area of research interests.
