Dr. Rajasekhar David is an Assistant Professor in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi, India. He completed a post-Doctoral program at the Center of Applied Research in Management and Economics (CARME), Portugal, in 2022. He was awarded a Ph.D. from the ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (IFHE) University Hyderabad in 2018. He has more than ten years of teaching experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He has conducted several Management Development Programs for various reputed organizations such as the Indian Army, India-post, and IDBI at Hyderabad. His current research interests are Employee Well-Being, Organizational Virtuousness, Employee Performance, and Psychological Capital. He has contributed multiple research papers to ABDC-ranked journals published by reputed publishers. He has also presented papers at conferences of international repute. He has contributed teaching cases to the ICMR-IBS case center, India.
