Rojers P Joseph

Rojers P Joseph is an Associate Professor in the Area of Strategic Management. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, which includes close to a decade of experience as faculty in IIMs. Apart from the core courses of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, he has taught elective courses such as Strategic Tools and Techniques, Design Thinking and Innovation, Corporate Governance & Social Responsibility, and International Business Management in the MBA and Executive MBA Programmes, over the years.

He has designed and delivered Management Development Programmes and offered consultancy services for several private and public sector organizations, which include Indian Oil Corporation, Asian Paints, Canara Bank, Mahindra, and NTPC Mining Limited,  among others. 

Dr. Joseph’s research interest lies in the areas of E-governance, Entrepreneur Diversity & Innovation, Business Models in a Digital/Knowledge Economy, and Sustainability. He has authored numerous research articles that appeared in reputed, highly-ranked journals, and his business case studies have been published by major case repositories such as Ivey and Emerald.
