Saakshi Jha holds a doctoral degree in economics from the Department of Economic Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. She obtained her Master’s degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and her undergraduate degree is from St. Aloysius College (Jabalpur). She is the recipient of Lt. Prof. Mulk Raj Gold medal in her undergraduate and has been awarded for “”Outstanding Ph.D. thesis”” in Ph.D. Her teaching interest lies in Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and Public Policy. Her research mainly focuses on Macroeconomics and Monetary policy.
