Sudhanshu Shekhar has done his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Ranchi). Dr. Sudhanshu has more than three years of industry experience in the analytics and banking domain. Prior to joining academia, he worked as a consultant and analyst at Deloitte and HSBC respectively. Dr. Sudhanshu’s research interest lies in the area of institutional theory, business history and philosophy of research.
