Dr. Dutta joined the Institute in May 2012 and has been associated with the Department of OB/HR ever since. She completed her Ph.D from I.I.T Kharagpur and has made significant contributions to the field of research. Dr. Dutta’s research interests lie in the areas of Experimental Neuropsychology, Positive Psychology, Quality of Life, and Accidents. Her work has been published in journals of national and international repute, which have been cited in other research papers. She has also published books titled Bias in Human Behaviour, Neuromarketing in India: Understanding the Indian consumer, Consumer Happiness: Multiple perspectivesIn addition to her research contributions, Dr. Dutta is also a passionate teacher. Her teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, Learning and Development, Neuromanagement, and Neuroscience for HR.
