I am an Assistant Professor in the department of Operations Management at IIM Ranchi. I did my PhD from IIM Indore in the department of Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques. Prior to joining IIM Indore, I worked at L&T Construction with an exposure towards project execution and monitoring at site level. My research interests lie in the domain of supply chains, resilience, circular economy, BoP markets and disruptive technologies.
