    I am an Assistant Professor in the department of Operations Management at IIM Ranchi. I did my PhD from IIM Indore in the department of Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques. Prior to joining IIM Indore, I worked at L&T Construction with an exposure towards project execution and monitoring at site level. My research interests lie in the domain of supply chains, resilience, BoP markets and disruptive technologies. Currently, I am focusing on different issues pertaining to the impact of COVID-19 including resilience and sustainability. Before joining IIM Ranchi, I was a faculty at Goa Institute of Management where I taught Business Statistics, IT for Managers and Operations Research. I currently teach Operations Management, Operations Research at the post-graduate level. I also teach Business Statistics and Operations Research at the undergraduate level.
